Description: 

Herbaceous, perennial forage legume with prostrate growth habit that spreads by rhizomes. Inflorescence is a spherical head with mostly white to pink flowers. Leaves are palmately trifoliate and borne on long, smooth petioles. Egg-shaped leaflets have serrated margins, are smooth, and typically have a white watermark. Stems are short and smooth and arise from the crown and nodes of rhizomes. Adventitious roots arise from rhizome nodes.
